McDonalds Pokemon Toys 2015 Happy Meal USA

If you are a fan of Pokemon, collectible toys and McDonald's toys in particular, you will be pleased to know that McDonalds Pokemon toys 2015 are on promotion in the US for November and December. The Pokemon happy meal set is comprised of eight figures and twelve cards released to coincide with Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages. McDonalds Pokemon Toys 2015 Details

The McDonalds Pokemon toys 2015 are based on Pokemon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages which features the mythical Pokemon Hoopa and several legendary Pokemon. The McDonald toys promotion targets boys. Girls are catered for with the Build a Bear Workshop toys that are being distributed along with the Pokemon toys.

Each McDonald's Pokemon toy in the collection comes with one of 12 Nintendo Pokemon TCG cards featuring Pokemon from the Hoenn region. The toys themselves are a little larger than standard McDonalds toys. They are extremely well finished for McDonalds toys making them a boon for your collection.

2015 Pokemon Toys List

The 8 figures that are available to collect in the McDonalds Pokemon toys 2015 set which is available from November 27 to December 23, 2015 are:

1. Pikachu - yellow toy
   Tail lights up when rolled along on a flat surface.
2. Primal Groudon - red and yellow toy with spikes on the side of his body
   Pull back on the head to see arms move in and out and head moves up and down.
3. Primal Kyogre - blue Pokemon with wings
   Bath toy. Remove tail and insert in water like a syringe. Push in to squirt from the mouth.
4. Lugia - white upright toy with wings and tail. Has a blue belly and blue spikes on the back.
   Articulation in head, tail and feet. Push lever on the back to flap wings.
5. Rayquaza - Green snake body with yellow oval highlights.
   Mouth opens and closes when lever on back pressed. Poseable due to articulation of joints and arms.
6. Mega Latios - White and light purple body. Bird-like creature.
   Comes with yellow beam missile that can be shot from his mouth when button on the back pressed.
7. Hoopa - Mischief Pokemon figure with red hair and yellow hoops on body.
   Hair and arms are articulated. Launches yellow hoop disk from right arm via a spring when toy held down on flat surface and arm pulled back.
8. Wobbuffet - light blue monster Pokemon.
   When lever on back pulled back the toy opens its mouth and salutes.

The 12 Pokemon Happy Meal Cards (TCG cards) released by McDonalds in 2015 are:

3. Torchic - fire
4. Staryu - water

7. Electrike - electric
8. Rhyhorn - ground-rock
9. Meditite - fighting-psychic
10. Marill - water-fairy

Happy Meal Box

The Happy Meal box for the McDonalds Pokemon toys 2015 features images of different characters from the set including Pikachu on the front and back. The box also had a cut-out Hoopa ring on one side and a trivia quiz on the other side. On the box are instructions on how to use the McPlay Power app to scan the toys to play free games online.

Packaging

The toy packaging for the Pokemon happy meal 2015 is a clear plastic bag with black highlighting that has the Pokemon logo and the name of the toy on it. The TCG cards come in their own plastic sleeve.

International Promotion

Pokemon happy meal toys were also released in Canada. Other countries got TCG cards but in most cases these were not the same as released in North America. For instance two very different sets of cards were released in Europe and the UK. Five out of eight of the toys were released in Brazil in June 2016.

Peanuts Happy Meal Toys 2015 Come to McDonalds

Peanuts Happy Meal Toys 2015 are at McDonalds in the US during October and November 2015. The Snoopy happy meal coincides with the release of The Peanuts Movie produced by Blue Sky Studios and distributed by 20th Century Fox. The set of Snoopy McDonalds toys 2015 includes all the main Peanuts comic strip characters featured in the movie such as Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock, Lucy, and Linus.

Peanuts Happy Meal Toys 2015 Details

If you are a fan of the Peanuts comic strip you might be interested in collecting the Snoopy McDonalds toys 2015 that are on promotion in happy meals. There are 12 different figures to collect based on characters and scenes from the Peanuts movie.

The Peanuts toys are plastic and most stand around 4 - 5 inches apart from the Spinning Snoopy which is the exception. The McDonald toys are well finished and would look great on display in any McDonald's toys collection.

Each happy meal toy has a different gimmick. There is a good mix of toys that spin and roll. The pick of the bunch is the spinning Snoopy and the two toys with sound chips: Lucy and Charlie Brown.

The full set of the Snoopy McDonalds toys 2015 includes the following happy meal toys:

1. Charlie Brown
   Orange shirt and black pants. Activate the switch on his back to turn the sound chip on. Charlie Brown says, "Good Grief! I can do this," when his shirt is pressed.


2. Lucy
   Blue dress. Grumpy face. Turn on via the switch on her back. Press the bow on her dress to hear her say, "You blockhead! I've been kissed by a dog."


3. Flying Ace Snoopy - (Snoopy, as de l'aviation / Snoopy, el as Volador)
   Snoopy, the world-famous beagle, wears goggles, a green cap and a red scarf. Snoopy is sitting on a doghouse-shaped base. Push and roll toy.


4. Linus
   Black pants, red t-shirt. Holds a blue security blanket. Pull out the blanket as far as it will go and then release to see it automatically retract.


5. Sally and Snoopy
   Sally has blonde hair and wears a pink top. Snoopy is on the back of the cardboard box sled and wobbles side-to-side when the toy is rolled along.


6. Woodstock Bobble (Woodstock à tête oscillante / Woodstock cabeza movible)
   All yellow figure. Push Woodstock's head to see him bobble side-to-side.


7. Ice Cleaning Woodstock - (Woodstock Refait la Glace / Woodstock Limpia Hielo)
   Purple ice cleaning machine. Woodstock is wearing a blue hat. Woodstock spins around 360 degrees when toy is rolled along.


8. Peppermint Patty
   Red hair. Wears black pants and green top. Lying face down on a sled. Pull back toy that speeds forward in a straight line on release.


9. Schroeder and Snoopy
   Schroeder has blonde hair. He is wearing a purple shirt and black pants. Snoopy is lying cross-legged on top of the red piano. Press the red button to see Snoopy spin 360 degrees.


10. Spinning Snoopy - (Snoopy Qui Tournoie / Snoopy Bailarin)
    Toy comes with white base, arching tree and Snoopy figure. Woodstock sits in a birds nest on top of the tree. Snoopy slots below and spins 360 degrees when touched.


11. Charlie Brown and Snoopy Bobble
    Charlie Brown is wearing black pants and orange shirt. He is holding Snoopy. Tap Charlie's head to see it bobble up and down.


12. Fifi
    Purple collar. Comes with red Snoopy key launcher that is inserted in back of toy. Place on flat surface, squeeze launcher to activate and Fifi shoots forward.

McDonald' Peanuts Toys Packaging and Happy Meal Box

Peanuts Happy Meal Toys 2015 come sealed in a clear plastic bag with black highlighting. Each is labelled with the name of the toy character and number in the series. Toy, jouet and juguete are also on the bag along with the McDonalds logo and the Peanuts Movie logo.

The happy meal box designed for the Peanuts promotion features colorful illustrations of the Peanuts characters and scenes from the film. On the front of the box is a picture of Charlie Brown being held up on the shoulders of some of the Peanuts Gang against the blue sky.

On one of the side panels is a call to happy meal guests to download the McPlay app and scan the Peanuts toy to access more fun Peanuts content online. On the other side panel is a large picture of Lucy with a football while Woodstock looks set to swoop in. The back of the box is solid red broken up by a football flying through the air.

Also available as part of the happy meal are themed apple slices featuring Snoopy on the front and white and chocolate milk jugs featuring Charlie Brown and Snoopy.

McDonald's Peanuts Toys International Promotion

The McDonalds Peanuts Movie toys are available in the USA from October 30 to November 25, 2015. They are also to be released in other countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore although not all countries will get all 12 toys. The Snoopy McDonalds toys 2015 are also to be distributed in Latin American countries in #cajitafeliz under Peanuts la película title.
